	EC543 - BRX/37/CRE - Cheshunt A10 bridge (Richard) The Hertfordshire County Council (Cheshunt bridleway) Creation Order 2022 [order made 17 Feb 22, no objections so can be confirmed. Only comes into effect when HCC certifies bridge works completed, so no danger in confirming. Won't go on DM until LEMO made, which will be after certification.] (And why is this order not in the list of applications like other diversions and creations?)

	EC693 - EH/407 - Albury 23 and Braughing 33 15 Mar 13: Application made to record route as restricted byway. 4 May 17: HCC Investigation Report published. Informally advised decision: RB. Order awaited.
	EC130 - HTM/71 - Laurel Lodge Lane (Brian) 11 Sep 95: Application made to record width. 19 Feb 18: HCC directed to make decision by 28 Feb 2019. 24 Feb 22: HCC Investigation Report published. Awaiting publication of decision.

	ED177 - Batchworth 30 Three Rivers DC PPCO. Confirmed 27 Jan 23. Comes into effect 120 days later = 27 May 23.
	EC316C - HTM - Dancers Lane (Alex) awaiting LEMO extending South Mimms 71 to reach the public road part of Dancers Lane. (Also enables objector to remove Wash Lane objection so that DMMO can be confirmed unopposed.)

	Creation of path over A505 bridge Hertfordshire County Council (Royston and Bassingbourn-cum-Kneesworth Footpath) Creation Order 2022 (draft) was consulted on. We seek BW instead of FP. Goes with Hertfordshire County Council (Royston 17) Rail Crossing Diversion Order 2022 (draft).
5.	Priority Discussion Discussion of priorities (BHS and HCC) for coming year or so
	We seek, generally, to clear ones based on equestrian user evidence, to resolve anomalies (especially where we believe this is easily done) and to open up routes that are presently closed. We have also had regard to trying to spread the applications around the county to benefit the most path users. User evidence cases: Hatfield off Hatfield 3 BOAT FP (blocked by gate; direction given) Paths affected by Luton airport expansion HCC contribution to Luton Orbital Bridleroute Stevenage Horse and Pony Route (including any West of Stevenage ones threatened by development)
	Cases for 2023/4 EC875 Aldenham 47 FP upgrade. Reason: can be done by a legal event order so will not take HCC much time. Also proves a point which will enable other applications to be resolved by legal event order, so has a greater return than one path. (District: Hertsmere) Note: it is not possible for two highways to exist concurrently over the same land (a crossing perhaps excepted), so the section of Aldenham 47 that is shown over Aldenham 71 needs to be removed from the DM&S. EC545 Northaw 17 BW addition. Reason: route was dedicated by HCC but legal work not completed. This can be done this by appropriation and LEMO (no public involvement) so after 5 years to do this we just need it completed. (District: Welwyn Hatfield) EC1051 Rickmansworth track from BW 19 to Shepherds Lane. Reason: user evidence based application, and we don't want to lose our witnesses during the delay. (District: Three Rivers) Direction applied for 26 Mar 23. EC918 Bottany Bay Lane. Reason: completes another part of the BHS Herts project to finish the Stevenage Horse and Pony Route. (District: Stevenage/North Herts) EC743 Vera Lane etc, Welwyn and Tewin. Reason: in use but potentially under threat due to change of landowner. (District: Welwyn Hatfield/East Herts) EC964 Ickleford 5 FP upgrade. Reason: Completes circuit, in use, land owned by HCC so might be able to be done quickly and easily if rural estates wish. (District: North Herts)
