This route starts from the junction of Meadway (public road) and Redcar Drive (public road) and continues generally northwestwards to Symmonds Green Lane (public road).
At the time of the 2023 Access Survey (19 Dec 23), there were no obstructions to use except for a bollard to prevent wide vehicles. It was signposted with a Pedestrian and cycling roundel and 'and mopeds' plate, at each end. This is a good alternative route when the soft surfaced Stevenage Horse and Pony Route to the west might become founderous in wet weather, or for riders who prefer road work. |
