Legal History 2 Feb 1953: Walkern 36 was recorded as a bridleway on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM2-02 (Herts 13 SW).

Definitive Statement (4 Dec 2015) Path: [Walkern] 36.  Status: Bridleway.  Definitive Map sheet: 23 Commences from county road S of Bassus Green thence SW past Seven Acre Spring to county road at Walkern Hall Farm. Maintainability This route is maintainable at the public expense because it was a footpath or bridleway existing before 30 Apr 1959.
