Paths Greenways Bridleways Tracks

Map showing Ashwell 4 bridleway
Annotated map reproduced courtesy of Googlemaps.
This route starts on the Icknield Way along the parish boundary (and so is both Ashwell 4 and Bygrave 13). It runs generally north westwards to Ashwell Road. It then continues as Bygrave 13 northwestwards then turns southwestwards to a junction with Bygrave 14 restricted byway.

We need a volunteer to photograph this route for the Access and Riding Rights of Way Survey. It's easy - just take photographs (safely) when you use the path. Find out more!

BHS As part of the British Horse Society's work to record paths before Path Extinguishment Day, it was spotted that there is substantial evidence that the route southeast of Ashwell Road should be recorded as a restricted byway. An application has been made to record the additional rights.
