| Legal History 1839: Ardeley 7 was shown on the Ardeley tithe map as not subject to an apportionment. 2 Feb 1953: Ardeley 7 was recorded as CRB (Carriage Road used as a Bridleway) on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM1-09 (H13SE). 31 Dec 1977: Ardeley 7 was shown as a byway open to all traffic on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheet SR-23 (TL32NW). |
