| Legal History 1839: Ardeley 32 (byway part) was shown on the Ardeley tithe map as not subject to an apportionment (Parkers Green). 2 Feb 1953: Ardeley 32 was recorded as a footpath on the original definitive map and statement. DM sheet DM1-09 (H13SE). 31 Dec 1977: Ardeley 32 (byway part) was shown as a byway open to all traffic on the special review draft map and statement. DM sheet SR-23 (TL32NW). |
